I felt restricted and not able to move around and look at the displays. I was allowed after asking, and ended up picking a different bracelet after I had already paid for what was shown to me.

The sale associated made me feel welcome and didn't have a problem with answering my questions, showing the brackets that I wouldn't have problem opening and closing

My order wasn't correct and the associate Brittany just brush it off. If I didn't check the bag prior to leaving I'm sure thus could have been a potential issue. She acted as if it was ok. This is the 2nd time I experienced this within 2 weeks of ordering
