Well we have to wait one hour to go inside the store they no have enough personal And I this store before have update in everything ,cleaned I didn’t see that in this time I always buy any pandora but now and very upset

The line was really long. The sales associate was amazing and I left happy I just believe that there should be another alternative like maybe it a wait list and a phone call.

I was happy with the service. I had to wait in line for more than 5 minutes. No one was properly social distancing.

I had to wait outside the store which i understood but no one told me i had to wait 40min. The sale person took my name but never told me that i had. 40 min wait time until 10 minute was up. And there was only 2 salespersons and only 2 customers in the store and one person ahead of me. Way too long of a wait.

The associate was informed, friendly and suggestive when asked. The store was clean, well organized and the staff were friendly!

I was not Highly Satisfied because the line was very long and I waited over an hour to get into the store. I understand it’s a pandemic but still that is too long to wait in line. Then, when I got in the I was told that the line was wrapped around the Bistro.
