Pandora Jewelry

Because I have a Reflections Bracelet & the charms are not secure enough for this bracelet this is the second rose gold charm I have lost.. I'm disappointed because there is nothing They could do it's a total complete waste of money & I can't return the Bracelet.

I am satisfied but waiting an hour in line is rough ,other that I am satisfied I love my Pandora charms

The hostess was extremely helpful and I would’ve loved to have her assist me. The sales associate wasn’t friendly and was very pushy, I’m a frequent shopper at Pandora, mostly at this location, I just felt that the sales associate could’ve been a lot more friendlier.

The prices for my rings were high for the appearance of them and the quality. I also think it would be a great idea to have ring sets to go on separate fingers to make the search for the latest trends a lot easier. A lot of the ring selections didn’t match together when placed on separate fingers. They had all different colors in the metals and the styles didn’t fit together right.

The salesperson did not explain NOTHING to me like how to open my bracelet, that I shouldn’t sleep and shower with the bracelet on, nor did she explain to me the return policy.. I learnt all that today 2/23/21 on my visit back to the store, Lauren wasn’t helpful at all, I feel like she just took my money and that was that

The sales associate was very helpful. The line was long but went smoothly. The jewelry we got was very nice and good quality.

I like how friendly they were . They cleaned my bracelet fast and i found the exact charms i was looking for

The store was very clean and our sales associate was very friendly. However I wish you had more items in stock to choose from.

Renata was very helpful and patient also respectful and understanding with my purchase also helping me to get my chain fixed. But it will be delivered sometime this week.
