The store did not have the bracelet that I needed to exchange. The sales associate did check other stores for the item. The closest store that had the item was over 40 miles away

Switch and bate ! In a couple of your ads you advertise a free bracelet after you spent $126.00 I spent over $300.00 got nothing they said they were out of the bracelets. Oh well I stoped buying at that time . Kinda upset me . TTYL RONNIE D

I went on Black Friday and the line was extremely long , the waiting in line myst of taken 1hr or 1 and a half.

The vibe in this location was a bit rushed.

In this specific Pandora store, there was no display of all of the rings that they had to offer. I had a ring in mind that I wanted to purchase, but it would have been nice to just have a display of them all like some of the other Pandoras have.

Because of c-19 shop opened up an hour later than mall. I went in with a bummed knee so walking and standing for an extra hour was not in plans. But I stayed and was over pleased that I did

The options for the cultural flags were not many and they sold out of current flag option for Puerto Rico. Charms are a little over priced.

Only had a few selections in that color (red) that I liked
