I was disappointed that I had to wait over 30 minutes to shop at the store. The also had to shop outside while waiting in line while a large family occupied the store shopping and filled out job applications. I did not like the fact that the sales agent brought items out to the line for me to look at.

I was perfectly satisfied with my trip to the Pandora store. I will not be returning to the store because I'm only visiting NJ and not from here. Some improvements your store could make though is setting up signage and a line system out front of the store to keep from crowding inside the door like I witnessed during my visit.

I would love to give a highly satisfied rating...but i can not due to the waiting in line outside the store which was a little long..but i understand that the wait..is for safety..and to protect the customers.

We don’t have to stand and wait in line because they text you to come back. Took their time to show different jewelry. I didn’t feel rushed.

The Saleswoman said we had to stand outside in the hallway while the store was being sanitized after each person made their purchase.I was standing there looking and not one time did I see anybody pick up any spray or a rag to clean anything.Then the Greeter at the door tried to put me at the back of the line.I told her,"Excuse me,but I was 1st in in line!"Not once did she ask who was next!

When I first arrived there was no signage telling the customers that you have to wait in line and can’t go right in the store to browse. I walked into the store and the manager came running to me saying there’s no browsing and we have to wait in line to get in. There was no line to begin with or signs showing where a line would be. We had to wait a half hour+ to get into the store and have someone help us.

I was not able to pick out a birthday first with my loved ones, they had to wait outside. And we had to keep switching out so we can agree on the charms and bracelets.
