Due to COVID-19 the wait time is understandable. The Assistant Manager definitely managed to help us online. Had patience with me and my cousin. Run in and out the store with options we had. She was great it was just the wait time but then overall worth the wait because we got actually what we came for.

Understand reason for wait due to COVID but it was just very tiring standing there in the line. Although my wait was only about 15 to 20 minutes.

My Pandora experience is always a satisfying experience. Just because i didn't say i was Highly satisfied doesn't mean i had a problem. I love Pandora I'm already picking out a selection of jewelry.
