Well with the pandemic I had to wait outside in line for about 20 minutes other than that everything was smoothly

Did not have what I want therefore Will have to go to a different store 70 miles away from my house That is it

My sales associate Dylan C. No. 198225 was extremely helpful and cared about my concerns. He also answered every questioned I asked to the best of his knowledge. He was very cheerful and great energy. I loved how he was straight forward with all his responses and considerations. Dylan for sure made my shopping experience great!

Such a limited supply of charms and bracelets. Prices for certain charms are way over priced... need more moments and nature charms especially honey bees 🐝 with them going on the endangered list!

The charms are getting way to pricey. The charm I’ve been looking for hasn’t been in stock in almost 2 months.

The salesperson was rushing me so I didn’t feel comfortable taking my time to look at other items in the store

After waiting in line for over 15 minutes, I was told I needed to sign in. So addition to waiting for 10 minutes another 35 minutes was added on.

Could not browse for other items

for some reason the sales person give you feeling unwelcome. but the lady that register me and my daughter for appointment are nice you can feel it. when we want to buy the charm it will be helpfull if she give us the book so we can look which one we want but she not. I end up only buy one charm for my each daughter. because there is not much to see at the display

Well it was different then my jewelry that I usually wear.
