The two sales associates that assisted me provided EXCELLENT and PHENOMENAL customer service. As a retired Army Sergeant that quality of care and attention to detail was invaluable to me. Ken, employee # 239412 and Joseline employee # 227966 went above and beyond my expectations. They educated me on the proper procedures for caring for my newly purchased pandora bracelets. Joseline was able to bring back to live an old bracelet that that tarnished that was purchased from Pandora 7 years ago!! I mean she made it shine like NEW. I was left speechless, which is rare for me. Ken recommended the cleaning kit to take home. And they increased my sale by 40%. Thank you again. The experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Please give Ken and Joseline a raise. They are doing great things for Pandora at your Cherry Hill, NJ location.

I was satires with how quickly I was spoken to. The sales women was nice, and patient as I made my decisions. She was funny and able to help me.

I had become disillusioned with Pandora after my last experience in Freehold. However, my experience in Cherry Hill with Ken and Mala was fantastic. They explained everything I asked, solved a charm problem I had, cleaned my bracelet and I purchased a clip at their recommendation. They are excellent representatives of Pandora. Will be back!
