I found the item online while searching for a mother’s gift to her daughter on her wedding day. The charm looked beautiful and perfect. When I saw it in person, I was so disappointed. The inscription is so, so tiny, I didn’t even see it let alone be able to read it. The charms are beautiful but the words were just as special :(

I buy from this location only this was the 1st time 90% of the items I wanted were not in the store. they need to be removed from display and the book.

Cant put a finger on it The staff are nice but try to help too many people at once. This by butting in on another sales associates conversation or saying "I know where that is" and going off to help them while still waiting on us! I don't thinks that's the best type of customer service

Friendly staff when I visited the store. The selection was nice. Salesperson was able to find the items for me quickly.

I didn’t get to get what I went to the store for it was out of stock and the employee didn’t know when it would be back in stock
