Nothing stood out. It felt like any other Pandora store.

Other then the wait which was understandable because it was Christmas time and the holidays I really can't say that I wasn't higjly satisfied. The employee took the time to show me various types of selections and set ups. I also found the employee to be very knowledgeable and patient.

There were 3 charms I wanted that were not in stock.

The employee was not knowledgeable about the products. She also was not very friendly. The floors were so dirty, when we returned home with our shopping bags, they were covered in hair.

The sales associate that I worked with was excellent. She had been working all day and still was patient with me since it was my first Pandora purchase. The charm selection was a little lackluster. It could have been due to the fact that it was Christmas Eve. I wanted more charms that were related to sports. My daughter plays field hockey and soccer and there were no charms representing these sports.

they dint have all what i visit for and they dint not when the next merchandiser coming
