Bought bracelet Sunday. It broke Thursday. Can’t recommend

It was very busy and took a long time to be seen, but it is the holiday season so I understood.

Well, it was Saturday after Thanksgiving. I expected the store and the mall to be busy. We were helped very quickly. The girl who helped us must have had a cold as she had little to no voice to speak to us. That was very hard for us to make our selection as there wasn't much advise she could give as she was unable to speak!

I didn’t have the available time to spend in the store as I had wished.

There was a slight wait. Only three associates were staff at 10 am during a huge sale.

I was impressed with selection had all the new pieces Im a fan of the Regal Collection Sales associate very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful Purchased my first Pandora bracelet definitely will be returning for charms

Nothing wowed me enough to be highly satisfied. I purchased my items and left. Overall the experience was good and I'd shop there again

I was a little upset by the fact that my bracelet couldn't be re-sized. I was told I have to buy a whole new bracelet, which is a little annoying.
