Well, it was Saturday after Thanksgiving. I expected the store and the mall to be busy. We were helped very quickly. The girl who helped us must have had a cold as she had little to no voice to speak to us. That was very hard for us to make our selection as there wasn't much advise she could give as she was unable to speak!

I was a little upset by the fact that my bracelet couldn't be re-sized. I was told I have to buy a whole new bracelet, which is a little annoying.
