The price I paid for the necklace was a little high for the quality of the necklace.The box that came with it I thought would be something that can store the necklace in forever but it was simply a cardboard box so now I would have to go buy a jewelry box to keep my daughters necklace in.The only reason I brought it is because my daughter wanted it badly

I came in the store on your June promo, some items I wanted where sold out. but I guess that is to be expected. The person that sold me my jewelry was very nice but when I walked in the store there 3 other sales people who completely ignored me.

The bracelet that I wanted for a gift was not available in the size needed and the associate didn't know when this item would be restocked-very disappointing.

The reason why I wasn’t really satisfied because the employee that I had helping me wasn’t very helpful. The lady grabbed my wrist and then started touching my bracelet telling me where to put my clips at. Then she didn’t even give me a bag to put my ring in.

It was a little busy and the customer were rude loud and it made it hard to talk to the sales associate but she was awesome
