My bracelet I purchased on vacation in Virgina Beach last June the clasp keeps opening. I was told I could get a new one since it was under warranty the Cherry Hill store wouldn't exchange it and said I had to call the corporate office. The king of Prussia store would have exchanged it but I didn't know until after I spoke with customer service

Although my service was good, there were a few things I did not like about the store. I don't like that they have a card reader attached to a tablet. It kept malfunctioning and the manager had to manually put my phone number in. I also didn't feel like I was attended to the same as other people there. I came in willing to spend some money and left without getting everything i wanted because of the atmosphere.

For the most part I was highly satisfied. I saw several pieces in the catalog I wanted to purchase one the item the glamour trio was smaller than I thought it would be. So purchased the other two pieces and was satisfied.

my necklace broke and i couldn't get it fixed because it was over a year old. even though they have a repair person on site.

The stores are small so they can be packed and hard to move around.

The store was very crowded and the employees were all busy. The wait time was considerable .

The sales representative was very rude and unfriendly. She was very unhelpful! I wasn't greeted in a friendly manner; no hello, how are you. The first thing she said was "What are you looking for?" She didn't provide any recommendations just pulled out charm trays that clearly was not what I was looking for and left me unattended to carry on a conversation with a co worker. There was a current promotion going on and I had to keep track of how much my own items were coming up to and how left was needed to fulfill the order for the discount. Lastly, she rung me up for the wrong charm. Now have a charm on my bracelet that's not accounted for or covered under warranty. I tried calling the store several times without an answer. I hope that someone can reach out to me to rectify this problem.

I bought several Pandora items from my Jeweler but apparently there are some in incentives such as credit card and Survey that I was not given at your retail store in Cherry Hill, NJ for the first time there as well. Considering I have purchased probably about $800 - $1000 at these locations combined. I get your emails but rather the in person sales approach. But I will continue to purchase even though I was never told.
