I did not like the manager's interference with the sales associate that helping me. He was doing a great job. The manager did this twice and I became annoyed with this. I do know if this manager is there at the Cherry Hill Mall store. I'll take my business else where.

The store was not so crowded. The wait time was not that long. I didn’t like that the associate was trying to get me to buy something I didn’t ask for. Just give me what I ask for.

First time Pandora shopper, I was overwhelmed by how crowed the store was. 15min wait, I was also excited to be apart of the excitement.

Store very small for the amount of people it handles, which is hard to enjoy the shopping experience. Feel like sardines. I understand that it’s a busy time of year, but sales personnel could be a little more pleasant. Love pandora tho. Sincerely, Alice.

I had received a charm as a gift and it was a petit and of course too small for my bracelet. The manager made the return process very easy and I was able to get the charms I wanted for my bracelet.

The sales person threw out my receipts without my permission. Didn’t know she did it, discovered my receipts missing as I was almost out of the mall. Had to go back to the store to retrieve them, wasting my precious time. Who does that???!!!
