The sales people continued talking to each other while I waited to be helped

I have been to multiple Pandora stores at different malls and cities and I’ve always had a good experience. The only experience that I wasn’t quite impressed with was this past weekend when I went to a Pandora store I normally go to. The salesperson who attended me was Alexa G.. I have never had a problem at all when looking for something specific or when it came to paying but when I got attended by Alexa G. I didn’t feel like she wanted to help my mom and I out. She asked if I was a member of the Pandora club which I had told her I was, but she didn’t believe me even after I had told her multiple times. Once she made me fill out my information and realized she was wrong she didn’t even bother apologizing. Though I do want to clarify that because of that experience that doesn’t mean I won’t be returning to the specific Pandora because to be honest it is one of my favorites.

Spend over $200 and the promotion of getting a free bracelet was not satisfied. They did not have my size on that free bracelet and I am unable to exchange it. I really loved the bracelet. So why give out a free bracelet!!!!

Came into exchange damaged items to be informed the bracelet couldn't be replaced and need to call customer service which of course isn't open today.

I received a pandora bracelet as a gift for a work achievement, but it is much too big. I was told that due to it being from a third party, there is nothing they can do.

The sales associate rushed us . The store had no covid restrictions . The one associate was very lord over the top with customers.
