I was looking for gifts for my nieces but had to stay on a budget. The sales associated respected my parameters and helped me meet my goals. I was very impressed.

The associate Deanna was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She also offered suggestions based on what I like and the color I like. She also offered to clean my bracelet when I asked.

The atmosphere was friendly. However when a person spends $250 or more dollars the cleaning solution should be free.

There was a slight wait time but that is expected with so many people interested in the jewelry. Always a great experience!

Their staff is always friend your greeted at the door just good customer service, And you might have your favorite sales person which is not available all the time unless you make an appointment.

The staff was friendly, helpful and engaging. The staff made suggestions without pressure and provided information regarding my jewelry that I was unaware. The staff on that day were welcoming, smiling and knowledgeable which made for a perfect shopping experience.

The young lady waited in me instantly. I informed her I had pitcures of the items I wanted. Once I showed her, she was able to instantly pull waht I wanted. Although ine of the items was out of stock, she showed & I purchased the item similar to the one no longer in stock.
