The sale associate was not very pleasant, she was reluctant to take the charms from the case. I'm semi elderly and it was very hard to examine the charms due to my eyesight. She also didn't give me much of a selection of the charms. I was purchasing my Granddaughter 's first bracelet for her 12th birthday and a charm for my other Granddaughter 's 21st Birthday. Should I decide to purchase any more Pandora products it will not be at the Cherry Hill store.

Store associate was nice, but really didnt have much to say during my time with her. I was looking to purchase the new charm holder/key ring and she didn't seem to know anything about it. She didn't offer to show me the charms, just expected me to know what I wanted. I did have an idea of what I wanted, but I was expecting more from her. The only time she initiated conversation with me was about my credit card and if I liked the program. I was disappointed at the lack of service and I didn't even receive a bag or offer to wrap my purchase. I spent more than $200 on my purchase.

The sale associate seemed annoyed, she probably thought I was there to waste her time. I went in and bought two rings within 10 minutes and completed the transaction before the other customer who was already there before I went in the store. Couldn't even squeeze a smile out of that sale associate, if she didn't like the job, she should just quit.

I had to stand in online outside for about 15 minutes. It seems as though they could have at least another sales person there were three but this was a Saturday afternoon my sales person was professional considering that I spent over $400 this visit and over $300 on the visit before this one it took a third visit to another store for them to mention this survey my other receipt was out of the 7 day range

Wanted to buy 2 rings for my granddaughter’s graduation. The store only had 1. Salesperson never tried to local other stores just told me to go order on line. And no ring boxes!

Associate did not have much knowledge with inventory and did not tell me about the survey. I found out about survey while visiting Pandora Baltimore.

I bought Pandora harry potter time turner. On the advertisement it looked large and noticeable with intricate details; in real life I thought I will need a magnifying glass to see the pendant. Please put in the advertisement something to gauge the size of the item. I spent 2 hours total and now I don't believe there is a value in what I bought and planning to return it

The wait in line was suppose to be 20 minutes, wound up lasting 45 minutes. I was not asked if I was exchanging an item and didn't find out they were serving customers exchanging items until I saw other people being moved to the side and being helped.
