The sale associate was not very nice she was not knowledgeable of the products also there was prices on things and there were nothing at that price there

I just feel like I was rushed to get my purchase and get out at the Cherry Hill location and it was the manager that service me

The sign stating prices were not clear. The associate was slightly rude. The associate seemed uninterested in working.

The manger was rude, to me and employees. She was dry not very warm. Talking extremely loudly. I wouldn’t return to that location.

There was no jewelry cleaning in this store even for new merchandise that looked dingy from people touching and trying it on. I also asked for two bracelets to be cleaned and they couldn’t do that either. They were out of stock on a lot of merchandise.

I asked to see a gold bracelet and the two associates glanced at each other as if it were too expensive for me. She was sure to point out the price of the gold and inform me of another option that was gold plated. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, but it did not feel god in the moment.

The associate that was greeting and allowing customers to enter the store wasn’t very polite. She definitely needs to work on her customer service skills.

Once I arrived I explained that my charm was 7 days old and it’s damaged. She (Tia)instructed me to call, but once I asked for another mgr they made the exchange and I purchased ANOTHER charm.

The associate was not friendly I ask her to call deptford for this one charm I wanted and she could not call she just wasn’t friendly

The wait was long, it was only 2 associates working behind the counter and they both were very slow. Both associates seemed as if they rather be anywhere but there.
