The girl charged me 100 dollars for a bracelet that is only 65. Now I have to go BACK to the store to get my money back. She didnt put the tag in with the bracelet so now I'm worried that I'm going to have a problem when I go to the store today .

honestly the sales associate that i worked with was not very friendly and was very short with me. she was not friendly nor helpful. i came knowing what i wanted but one of the charms that i was looking was sold out. the sales associate was barely helpful and i felt like i helped myself more than she offered any advice of customer service. im dissatisfied with the customer service and prefer shopping online bc of this. perhaps it is because of the holiday season and she was overworked and tired, so with that i may consider coming back into the store after the holidays to reevaluate.

no receipt given and an associate tried to skip my order wrap up after waiting patiently 20 minutes in order for another larger order it's only fair if you purchase an order you should get wrapped in order

You were out of stock for the merchandise I was interested in. The sales associate did not explain to me how I could still use the sale promotion at a later date by paying for it now

I asked the lady to clean my bracelet and put my charm on and her response to was no she couldn't put it on but she did say that she can polish it. This really upset me because I have never had this problem before with any pandora places.

Overall, it was fine. The salesperson had very LONG fingernails that distracted us from viewing the bracelet and other items we were purchasing. She had difficulty opening and closing the clasps on the bracelets.

I came to Pandora looking for a pair of stud earrings for my mother. I was immediately greeted by the associates when I entered. The young woman who helped me was initially congenial. She showed me earrings for my mother but many were silver. I asked her if she could show me gold earrings instead. She retorted, “They’re expensive.” I replied, “How expensive?” She said, “Very...they’re 14K gold ”. At that point, she made no effort to show me the gold earrings. I demanded, “Well, can I see them!” She then decided to take me to the case to view the earrings. Now, I am assuming she did this because I’m young (or at least young looking) and not because I’m Black (or, so I hope). However, “expensive” is a relative term. I’m a third year law student who works in the compliance office of a major healthcare network. What’s “expensive” to her isn’t necessarily expensive to me. Her hesitation in showing me the “expensive” selection of earrings was off-putting. However, I still made my purchase (which ended up being a necklace AND a pair of earrings — no thanks to the associate of course).
