Pandora Jewelry

My 1st time at the Pandora store i was excited. The greeter at the door was not friendly, she told us to wait and sign in which we did then the next thing i see a customer right behind me,she let them go in without signing in and get the service. I confornted her and she say it not busy you can go in that was professional and making me feel unwelcome.

I was happy with the purchase, I spent $154 on my purchase. Later that night a co-work asked if I received an ornament, which I didn't. I had no idea that I was suppose to receive one. The sales person had one during the sale but never gave it to me after I paid for my items. So therefore I am a upset.

I was somewhat satisfied. The merchandise and selection was excellent. My salesperson was ehhhhh. She didn’t include the shamy to polish my jewelry and wasn’t very personable.

The store was clean and customer service was decent however they were out of stock on quite a few items. I purchased something totally different then what I originally wanted and saw online. I did not have time to place an order for what I originally wanted cause time was of the essence. I needed it for the next day. Out of 3 different bracelets I wanted the store had none of them available. I was disappointed.

Would like to see more jewelry of the Jewish persuasion....no Jewish stars, one Chai left. End up buying from from other places due to cost.

The associate didnt let me look at the charms long enough and she rushed the sale.

I did not like having to wait in line for 25 minutes to enter the store when I already knew exactly what I needed. The store was extremely small! The sales associate was very sweet and friendly

The sales associate seemed to be short with my mother and I. She didn't seem eager or interested in helping us. I understand the store was busy but that should not have had a negative impact on her customer service.

The sales woman was getting annoyed with my husband and he doesn't know why. She was also short with her coworkers. I personally have always had a good experience in this store so I am extremely disappointed that they were rude to my husband.

It was typical I was satisfied I got out in a timely manner
