This is the second time ever inside the store. First time was horrible second time was much better but I don't like being pushed into anything

The sales representative charged me twice for one same item, and I had to return to the store to get this clarified/taken care of once noticed on the receipt. Also the set of the rings have two different sizes as they were supposed to be the same size.

Customer service representative was just rude. She made an assumption on a comment I made- in jest- about a sale price and her attitude after that showed. She wasn’t the friendliest person regardless. She was leaving soon and made that known. This was a simple exchange for a different size. Not that big of a deal? No one but YOU made a big deal and for what? You didn’t tell me I paid MORE the first time. You didn’t tell me there was a credit that I would have used to add ANOTHER charm for. YOU lost the sale.

Upon arrival three associates allowed me to walk in without greeting.. I initiated with the fourth person which was partially reluctant to assist a retired Air Force member , myself.

When I purchased the ring I was told that I can exchange or return if any problems. My ring had black inside the stone.They couldn’t clean the ring correctly and was denying exchanging it and wanted me as a costumer so leave unsatisfied. They exchanged it at the end and as they handed me the ring she said “this is the last time we will exchange this ring”. Which is fine with me. It was the fight they put up with exchanging a ring I bought two weeks prior.
