I bought a charm less a few days ago. The enamel color on a portion of the $70 charm came off. I came in to exchange. No one apologized for the quality of product instead the associate act as if she was doing me a favor by exchanging saying warranty does not normally cover this. She considers the damaged piece normal wear and tear? I spend a lot of money on my charms and expect them to last as keepsakes. I waited 15 mins to get her to help me but then instead of helping me quickly exchange she left me at the counter and went to check in new customers. That should not be the process. It seemed very inconsiderate

At the Cherry Hill mall store, the sales associate was not the problem. I believe her name was Natalie (at least that's what was on the receipt) and she was very helpful, and kind. I do not want any of this negative experience to bring her down. It was more management and how things were handled. When I first applied for the Pandora card, I was going for the black Friday special, which was around the time I filled the application. One of the selling points was getting a birthday discount. When I went to the Cherry Hill store this past Saturday, (my birthday), I was able to pick out all the jewelry I wanted. It was a little over 800 dollars after tax. I was actually excited all month thinking I would get my bday discount, but I was informed that I couldn't by the manager without the "voucher" that was mailed to me. I always check my mail and never received a voucher. The sales associate tried to ask her manager if there was a way to fix it. She was the reason I did paid; didn't want to embarrass her and turn away a purchase. It's just that when they had me register for the card, the birthday voucher was what they sold me on too, yet management couldn't find a way to honor it.

I had questions about my bracelet and needed assistance in moving one of my charms that is stuck. I bought another charm and I couldn’t fit it because one of my charms is stuck. The seller told me that the only way to move it was breaking the bracelet. I don’t want that at all. I was upset and very disappointed.

As I was waiting in the line they where taking customers out of the line cause they placed on line orders. However the person who ordered on line they didn't have merchandise and she was able to shop in store for a replacement As I stood in line ahead of her for approx 45 minutes. The clerk was short when I asked why was this person pulled out of line ahead of all the rest of us who were waiting before her. Since associate came and took are names as we waited in line this should have been communicated to customers.

The rep put my charms on backwards and put my bracelet on backwards. All of the other Pandora’s I went to in DEPT Ford and North Carolina were on point even cleaned my bracelet . This rep in cherry hill mall never even offered even when I asked. SMH . Not happy
