Pandora Jewelry

The associate was not friendly at all… she was bothered by our presence in the store. We came to get a ring for my daughter and the woman suggested to wear the ring out of the store. No reason to nicely wrap it up!!! If Nordstrom would carry more of your products I would by there.

There was hardly inventory in the store. Had to settle for display items that were tarnished and not as shiny as new items. There were no boxes for the items purchased and had to settle for makeshift boxes. Spent over $500 for makeshift boxes!

The wait outside was longer than normal and the selection of merchandise was very limited. I came to buy 4 charms and the store only had 1 that I wanted in stock.

The store associate was only showing me one charm at a time and displaying a tray of what she recommended and proxies were incorrect on the charms VS what was in them and she kept recommending the most expensive charms. I had to keep asking to see other trays of charms that they had and it’s like she was hesitant to show me cheaper charms.

I was trying to get my jewelry cleaned. It got cleaned but the salesperson Brittinie when I called the store back the same day 4/30/21 made it seem like I left the jewelry in the store. I was in a line outside the store where I was asked to remain during the transaction and the cleaning of my jewelry which Brittinie informed me that it would take 15 minutes to clean the jewelry. I was not given my jewelry back which I wanted to wear at a church function the next day and was unable to do so.

The line was long and unorganized

The line was long and did not have enough associates 2 take care of customers more effectively. Sales associate rang my purchase up on my credit card for wrong amount and did it mulitiple times which caused the bank 2 shut down

The store was suppose to open up at 11am, me and another lady were both in line waiting until about 11:10 before they even opened up! They saw us standing there and continued to have a conversation!!! The sales assistant knew almost nothing , kept telling me what she thinks I should but instead of allowing me too pick what I liked !

As soon as we exited the store my merchandise (bracelet and charm) were stolen

I came in to really get my bracelet cleaned to be told no after waiting in a long line.But did wind up making a purchace.
