The person helping me was rude was not fast and didn't have enough knowledge on product. Then there was not a box available for my bracelet to be put in and pad to be put in a plastic zip lock bag .I paid around $500 to get it placed in a zip lock bag that is bad service.

I was on the waiting list, my daughter had to use the bathroom so I left real quick and still was able to stand behind the person I was behind and the SA said I was kicked out the line because I wasn’t there when she called me to see if I was still in line. Meanwhile the line didn’t even move during the time I left and came back. She didn’t even try to apologize or explain to me how the waiting list works. I had to go back into the line and wait. I waited basically over 2 hours before I was able to purchase something.

I have been coming from Philadelphia to Cherry hill mall for this pandora, they never have what I’m looking for. On this particular day I went into the store for the “Buy a bracelet get a free charm “ sale and they didn’t even have it. One of the managers brushed it off when I told her I already knew what I wanted. If I didn’t travel so far I wouldn’t of brought anything from this location. I don’t this I will go back and ither.

The sales associate Giselle G was not friendly at all. She wasn’t pleasant. Didn’t smile nor say thank you when I purchased. She also laid my receipts on the counter instead of handing it to me.

A person was not signed in so I let her go ahead of me. She was there first. When it was my turn they called the name after me. When I advised I was next the sales associate called me rude and she was not talking to me. I was very angry with the way I was treated a manager was in front of me right away. Then when I got home and saw my receipt my exchange was not correct. I am still owed money because the amount was different. But I refuse to go back to this store. Nothing but issues I had a bad experience my first visit also.

There was a problem with the register and we waited well over 30 minutes and no one was able to give me answers after the transaction took the money from account then I was told it was voided but no could tell me what was going to happen next...when would the money be put back in my account.

I went in to buy a ring and get my rings clean. They told me to come back in 30 mins to pick up my rings but an hour later I went back, they try to give me the rings unclean!! I needed to get one my ring replace but they couldn’t help me with that either.

They did not know how to properly navigate the increased business for holiday season. Store and staff were friendly and clean. The issue i has was the express line, which when asked if we could utilize for a quick purchase, we were told no that it was reserved for returns and exchanges only. After waiting 40 minutes on a 20 minutes anticipated wait time, we saw the manager ushering guests to that line if they knew what they wanted to purchase. The time we waited, there were more than 20 names called that never showed up. I know this is frustrating for both store and guests alike, so I’m not upset over that; it’s expected honestly. The issue I had was the lack of consistency and communication. Managers just might need more direction handling that style of flow during busy times of the year. Please know the staff were amazing and felt they handled themselves beyond professionally when facing an angry mob of last minute shoppers. Just need to work the logistical side of customer flow through the store to effectively service each guest without angering those who don’t need the personal assistance navigating your catalog.

First, the charm that I wanted was not available. There was one in the case but the salesperson would not give me the display item, Not sure if that is store policy. Second, there was a promotion if you spent $125 you would get a free bangle. The email touting this offer was what got me into the store. After I spent $260, the salesperson said the bangles was not available. She did not offer anything else, just said tough luck. To me this is a classic bait and switch tactic. Get you in the store with the offer then rescind the offer. Not good.
