I waited over 45 minutes for someone to assist. The system is not customer friendly, it's a shame that I had to wait to spend my money. The store is understaffed for the holiday rush.

The sales associate had no clue what they were doing. Asked questions that didnt even involve what i was looking for. Didnt even get to see any of the charms we were actually looking for. Associate was very short with us almost like she didnt want us to be there.

The sales associate wasn't very knowledgeable in certain products we inquired about. Jewelry such as bracelets were stored together but in individual bags, and therefore, were all scratched up.

I was asked multiple questions about my return. I had original packaging and receipt. Also, the salesperson, along with another associate kept comparing my merchandise with another from the store in front of me like there was something wrong. Although I was able to get my money back, I felt like I was getting a criminal background check instead of a normal transaction in a store.

I wait for the sale person for 1hr and 20min to bee serviced and after that was switched back and forth to one saler to another finally after 3 hours or so I got out of the store finally and my sister go to another store to exeng the size of the bracelet she when to King of Russian mall location I live in NJ area so I when to Cherry Hill Mall and she just want to exchange the size because that gave you a bigger size then what I asked for they had the beg and the box and everything my sister asked to put my email address on the system to see the receipt for the items the salesperson refused we are very upset 😢 I spend almost $200 and I buy Olmsted everything some charms this was so upside

This was my first negative experience at this Pandora store. I was looking to buy a lot of products because I had two important occassions coming up and I personally needed few items, however, I left the store purchasing only a small fraction on what I was planning to purchase. The sales associate had zero knowledge of their product..I asked to see the new collection, but she showed me a past collection from Valentines Day..Then I asked about different charms by explaining exactly what they look like, I even had to look them up on Pandora's website and show it to her, because she had no idea about their products, and she just simply said they don't have these charms, when I clearly saw them on displays. Then I asked about beaded silver necklace chains and she gave me one that was way too long for me and said there is no more available lengths for this item, when I know that there are 3 different lengths available. At this point I was so frustrated that I only bought three items that I knew they had and left the store. I'm better off shopping on Pandora's website than at the store where sales associates have no knowledge of their products...

The Cherry Hill location is always, understandably, busy. However, it always feels like the Staff are inconvenienced by their customers. They make me feel guilty for asking questions—as if I’m wasting their time. I go out of my way to go to other Pandora locations because the Cherry Hill Staff are not terribly friendly, patient or knowledgeable.
