Was under the belief that all essence charms this store had in stock (which wasn't many) were 35.00 each. Apparently this was not the case. Spent 3x as much on a gift than budgeted.

The sales associate told me a price on the item I purchased she was wrong.. Jesse had an attitude cause I returned the item I spent 288.56 in this store he should not have any problems with me and just walk away

The sales person didn't take the time to look at the merchandise giving me defective products in which I had to travel back to the store to do another exchange

The sale associate seemed as tho she didn’t want to wait on me. I’ve been to this store several times before. The last 2 times I’ve went to this store the customer service has fallen off. I spend to much money with Pandora to be treated badly.

I spent over $115 to get the free jewelry box, however I made 2 purchases. The first over $80 the second over $60. I wanted to cancel my first order to add other items to get the jewelry box and was told I couldn’t. I was very disappointed but I still made the purchases. I’m returning my purchases.

The sales associate (Joseline) wich speak Spanish like us) was really moody, the 3 employees were busy at my arrival, one with a customer and the other 2 with inventory or cleaning, never give us a greeting, when the supervisor or manager told to help us she never speak to us, we just point at the bracelet and she went to get it, the first one was tight and my husband ask her you speak Spanish is tight and she never reply and change it, he start asking questions about the product and she was not informative or explain to us! No profesional or give us the right service for the purchase. We bought the bracelet and leave not even and charm or extra product because I was really disappointed with the service. The only thing by our request was that the product is a gold bath(no real gold) and that have 1 year warranty by manufacturer.

The attitude Lack of professionalism Knowledge/enthusiasm to even engage in making additional sale.I came to purchase a gift-item wasn't wrapped the traditional pandora way. I would have purchased another bracelet but I did not like service.

Horrible experience and service. Waited on line for over an hour outside of the store. Then was assigned a very rude sales person who spoke over me and rushed me to purchase something. I was told “so do you know what you want to buy or what?” Salesperson seemed annoyed to answer my questions on the jewelry I was interested in. Literally had to buy something in less than 10 minutes. I’m contemplating returning just for the awful experience.

I GOT my cash refund DECLINED BY A SALES ASSOCIATES with an unused item, with original receipt to call corporate in order to get my cash in a check or go to another store. Discrimination against me and Store Man did not intervene.
