I ordered online and when I get to willow grove to pick up the order it wasn’t complete. I had have them correct the order which is always a problem in this store. While I waited about 20 minutes to get the order fixed and ready to go I saw a necklace I wanted to purchase and clips. I explained what bracelet I wanted the charms for and picked them out. And of course I was sold the wrong charms and had to go to another store to return and get the right clips. Not only that the manager in willow is extremely discourteous. Her attitude and unwillingness to help is offensive. This will be the last time I shop with this store. She is the same manager that told me that the store does not take returns with a receipt within a year if the merchandise is bent or broken they only take returns for missing stones. The service is always extremely slow with no greetings just attitude. Just a unpleasant place to shop!

The store associated were great... service was awesome... the young lady who help me was very helpful & patient and very pleasant I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS

The sales associate that helped, asked someone else to help them, when I been standing for awhile and they just walked in the store, she was not welcoming and was rushing to help with an attitude. Overall unpleasant if it was not my daughter bday I would have left.

After waiting in line for 45 minutes and watching 1 associate walking around an empty store and the other laughing and joking with the last 4 customer and showing them everything it was our turn. I ask to see the rack with sale items. She wouldn’t pull it out like she did for the last 2 customers she told me to look through the glass. When I said I wanted to buy a certain one she pulled it out and kept saying is that it is that it. Then I ask about a bracelet and she said it wouldn’t fit me. I would have bought it for my daughter who was there and it would fit but bc of her attitude and her rushing me I stopped looking and purchased why she let me see. Never will go again. Her name was Deanna R. It seems that I was the wrong color.

I purchased 170 dollars in merchandise, salesperson did not give me the free bangle. I live an hour away so I called store numerous times left messages and no return call in 3 days

The waiting time was bad! There was only 2 salespersons! Customers that had prestige service got waited on right away! I am old and couldn’t stand that long!

What a worse experience at the Cherry Hill Mall Pandora. Pandora really need to focus on their client service. A lady help me to looking for some particular charms,she always ask me you wanna buy or not to buy. She wouldn't take the trays out of the case for me to look at the charms.... only ask me to read the catalog and can’t touch charms,feel like you cannot afford it ,so please don’t touch it. Always take the show tray away,let me feel my family and me are the suspect thief. Even I spent 175$ at this store,but I will never walk in this place again. Sucks!
