The sales person was very nonchalant when she greeted us as we walked in the store and she didn’t finish my transaction, she walked away when I asked a question.

I went to buy a bracelet & charm. I knew the size of my wrist but the associate just kept suggestioning i size up. I told her no. She gives me the sizes up bracelet anyway & now my bracelet is too big!

Staff is unfriendly. I was in line outside if the store to get jewelry cleaner and the first in line. Another customer standing next to me was assisted before me. Your associate said it was miscommunication that she thought he was first when I had made it clear I was first. She was not sincere about the situation and wasting my time.

The store is a little small had to wait about 5 minutes in line but it was worth the wait had to exchange a purchase that I brought online other then that it was a smooth transaction will purchase again in store and online.

Yesterday was my birthday and received a coupon for my birthday via email from Pandora. I was told by the sales associate that she could not honor the coupon for the 4 charms I was purchasing :(

Manager was very dismissive of my time . She was very rude when I explained the problem and act as if she didn’t care nor dismiss she try to resolve the issue

I was lied to about the promotional return/exchange policy just so the associate could make the sale. When I went back to exchange the gift I was told different information and both stores that I purchased from refused to honor what I had been told by their manager. In the end I had to return everything and purchase the item I wanted to exchange for which made me lose out on the promotional free item. Pandora stores are a scam and they lie just to make a sale. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau to raise awareness.

I told worker I need my gift wrap and put into three different bags. I never received my request. I went to cherry hill mall and pick up items and they did wrap them for me.

I came in the store to purchase the 2020 limited addition ornament and charm. When I got home and opened both of them there was no charms in them. Also i got a few individual peaces that was being sold with a bundle gift set. So if I was informed about them I could of got more things and saved some money.
