The sales associate was extremely unknowledgeable about the merchandise. She was completely unhelpful. She also gave me a song and dance why she could not reshape my ring for me. All I asked of her was if she could put my previous purchase on the sizing tool to reshape the ring a little. Eventually she did it but the whole interaction before that was completely ridiculous. I wasn't asking to return my previous purchase just to resize it.

I am completely disappointed as I made my purchase during covid. Curbside dropoff and I can't make a exchange or return.

I went to get my first pandora bracelet, while being helped by associate who was also training a new employee she was distracted and charged me twice for a bracelet. After seeing my total i take out the money to only be charged 70$ more until i look at my email receipt when i get home seeing both charges. I call in store once no pick up then an hour later after someone answers , I’m told i have to come back in store for refund when store is 45 minutes away and with a child and COVID it was very unprofessional to deny my request for refund or even store credit .

We went to purchase new items as well as to get help with a charm stuck on a bracelet purchased in lat 30 days at another store (Sagemore). They were unable to work the charm free (Flounder Disney charm stuck on the very end of the bracelet). We didn't have original receipt - my 14 year old purchased it early December with a gift card, cash and the balance on her father's credit card). Unlike the 2 subsequent purchased (one ueysteday one 15 December) she wasn't prompted to enter an email for a receipt so didn't have a receipt for the original purchase. The purchase should be able to be identified by my husband's credit card but either way they are items that are clearly pandora items. the sales person & manager were unable to work the charm free. we were told with a receipt they could replace them. without one we had no option but to buy again!!! charm is stuck on end of the side that connects into the clasp so we can't rearrange any new charms. these are obviously pandora products & you should be able to identify by the credit card - not acceptable solution to. buy again!! moreover she put the wrong safety chain on. we had to return and wait 10 mins for rep to get the right one.

Pandora is blowing up my email inbox, over a hundred emails in less than 24 hours is insane. Never again will I but anything from Pandora. Absolutely ridiculous!

I went to the store specifically for reflexions Christmas bracelet with a charm because it was on sale online and this retailer did not not participate. I was under the impression that all Pandora retail outlets are corporate-owned. I'm not sure why the store just wouldn't price match it I should have canceled and just ordered one online.

I was satisfied. I had forgot my card and the sales clerk was able to look it up and I was able to make my purchase. Her name was Michelle R.

Store manager was rude and very unsympathetic to the issue I was having regarding being told different information by customer service. Very dissatisfied with the whole customer service experience to the point where I am sharing it with others and don’t even care to purchase any more Pandora merchandise.

The sales associate sold me a display charm that was rusting after I kindly told her I did not want a display item. I think she sold it for commission.
