I chose two rings for purchase. The sales associate swiped the gift card and my credit card, but the computer kept spinning and wouldn't complete the transaction. When she canceled the transaction and went to another register, the money wasn't on the gift card. We had 3 people trying to resolve the problem, but to no avail, it wasn't resolved after waiting 40 minutes in the store. We were told by the manager that the transaction went through but a receipt wouldn't be printed till the next day and would be emailed to us. We left the mall and 1/2 hour later they were asking us to return to the store because the transaction wasn't complete. It took us 35-40 minutes to get back to the mall. This was just a disaster. It was the worst I have ever experienced with shopping at Pandora. Usually, my biggest complaint is the long lines, but this was unacceptable.
