I was impressed with how fast the associates came and asked if were required their assistance. The store is also nice and clean. I would definitely come back.

The sales attendant was very friendly store was very clean it was my first time going to Pandora and he literally explained to me the prices show me different bracelets different options of charms it was easy and I like it very friendly

I was able to go in and was quickly helped as soon as a Pandora associate was available. I showed the associate (Deanna, who is a sweetheart) what I was looking for and she immediately knew where to find what I was looking for and was able to size the item well.

The sales associate was knowledgeable. The associate recommended get my bracelet cleaned more frequently. The associate offered great recommendations for upkeep.

The young lady at the Cherry Hill Mall that we worked with was very friendly, she knew her products, and was very responsive and helpful with our purchase. We tried to make sure that we had our budget set in place and our choices sent in place to make her job easier before going but that was just a personal decision. The only thing I was a little unhappy with was that there was two charms that I was interested in that they did not have in store. But that is no one’s fault and I still receive excellent service and was able to find something else easily.

The experience with the employees was very very nice they were very helpful understanding and made sure that everything was right and I was satisfied with my purchases.
