Even informed me of the sale the store was having which earned me a free bracelet which I thought was pretty awesome. She kept a smile on her face the entire time which is what we consumers look for. This store is always busy but the wait in line isn't long and the service is a breeze and the employees are very nice will be returning soon

This Cherry Hill location staff is AMAZING. my go to store is Willow Grove and not to take anything away from their customer service. I really enjoyed shopping today at Pandora/Cheery Hill NJ. Lauren was amazing, she allowed me to take my time. Explained the specials. Tried on each bracelet to confirm they fit. She and the young man (Hispanic, dark hair) were calm, nice, and patient. Lauren cared to me specifically. I didn't have to wait while she answered other questions from her peers. She didn't move slow, She wanted to be at work. I noticed that while I waited to be seen. Also the young man that greeted me. I didn't get his name. He did say it I just forget :( . He was very nice, we talked while I waited. I hope he finds the right Mother Day gift for his mom. He made sure everyone that waited was cared for and understood the wait.
