The employees name that helped me was Ken. He was very friendly and knew his product knowledge very well since It didn't take him long to find the exact bracelet I was describing/looking for. (Since it was a gift for my mother) He made my purchase fast and easy wich I loved and also recommended add-ons for the bracelet such safety charms. Which I'm thankfully for.
