The associate was very friendly and patient. There weren't wait times, and the store is kept very well maintained. All of the associates were extremely pleasant and helpful.

The product I was looking for was in stock and the sales associates showed me additional pieces along the same line that I loved. I felt comfortable, not pushed or rushed with my purchase. I was about to check out when I saw a sign you had for additional charms, I turned to the associate and asked if it was too late to add to the order and she was completely accommodating. She shared personal and similar stories that made me feel at ease.

The were attentive to my husband & I. They showed me eveything I asked for that they had. They also gave me advice on the proper size bracelet I should Be wearing. Very helpful
