I went in to see if there were any ways to keep my bracelet from becoming loose. The woman(i forgot her name) was extremely polite and kind, she asked for my email so she can check the date of purchase to see if I could receive an exchange. She also gave me some tips on wear of the bracelet so I can prevent the same problem from happening. I appreciate her kindness and her smiling face!
