The associate, Zahirah, that helped me was very kind and professional. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for and she was extremely helpful and patient. She was willing to pull things out of the case and show me different products that would be appropriate for a young 12 year old girl that was starring in her school's Annie production. She was very pleasant.
