Thank goodness for your Cherry Hill, NJ Location! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I went to the Marlton location w a broken bracelet I had bought 2 months ago and they told me there was nothing they could do! I have a 1 year warranty on it! The lady said I had to call an 800 number and hope they would do something! So I went to the Cherry Hill store and she replaced my bracelet in less then 10 minutes using my warranty! I will never go to the Marlton location again! Just lazy people working there!

I had an issue with my Pandora bracelet, because I could not get it around my wrist. The sales person, Deanna R, explained that the bracelet was new and stiff. She showed me how to loosen the bracelet by squeezing it. It did loosen up and Deanna was able to lock it o my wrist. Deanna also explained that the Pandora charms are of two kinds: slide on the bracelet and screw on. She set my bracelet up with my charms. She also explained that the bracelet clasp can pop open, and there is the potential to lose the bracelet. She explained the chain that will hold the bracelet together. I bought one, and she installed it on my bracelet. Note that, when I got to my car I noticed that the clasp had come open, and the bracelet was prevented from falling off my wrist by the chain. Yea!! You should be able to tell from my experience with Deanna that I am very, very, satisfied with Deanna’s knowledge and kind service. The store itself is very clean and orderly. The other two Pandora representatives, working in the store, we’re also busy helping other customers. The store gave me a feeling of security, everything about it was profession Please thank Deanna for me.
