I don't often come to this location because out of the way for me, but I have been in before, and it's a well planned out store. It's smaller than the one near me, but it's brightly lit, clean, has beautiful displays, and the staff is knowledgeable of the product. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed assistance, and was well taken care of.

The worker who helped me and my friend when we walked in was the most amazing worker I have ever met she was so amazing we walked right in she took us I showed her what I wanted she looked for them found them and when I told her they were for my mother as a gift she wrapped them pretty for me and was so extremely nice I loved her so much I wished I got her name

The manager was very accommodating, my bracelets look new..

The sales person was pleasant and knowledgeable. She also gave me different suggestions on charms and how to wear them. There was one item that was out of stock and Nicole M. took my contact information to contact me when the item is available.

The sales associate was great in assisting me. It was my first time and I was getting a gift for my wife. She helped pick out the perfect charms and bracelet. My Wife loved it..
