Had an associate help me while I was in line to enter store (due to COVID restrictions on how many people can be in the store). Very helpful and friendly. Store cleaned between customers.

The sales associate was friendly and patience with all of my request. Siani did a great job building a bracelet of my liking. She made one in gold and one in silver for me, I eventually went with the silver for my wife's birthday. Great customer service!!

I was satisfied because I went early, when there wouldn't be too many people. The wait time to go in the store was fast. I went in with the intention of a gift for my girlfriend, and came out very satisfied.

The experience was wonderful as the wait time was short, the associate was knowledgeable in the technology as well as the merchandise, and, the associate today was friendly. Generally, in the past, the associates were awful unkind and irritated by customers. That led to a disgraceful visit resulting in no purchase begin made.
