The employees at Pandora worked efficiently to make the wait very tolerable and the young lady that I had seemed very knowledgeable with the different charms to help me pick out what I wanted when certain ones were out of stock.

I thought I would have had an issue exchanging an online purchase. I was blown away by the patience, expertise and salesmanship of this store! I love my new charms. However, the bracelet is tight.

The sales associate who helped me was simply amazing. She was controlling the line of people and smiling and helping each customer. It was impressive!!

I experienced an issue when ordering on Pandora‘s website. After placing my order on cyber Monday, I received an email stating that one of the special items I need it for a Christmas gift was canceled. I called the Deptford NJ and Marlton NJ stores, but they would not honor any type of discount. Then I called the Cherry Hill NJ store. The store manager Lakisha answered the phone. She was very sweet and willing to help me out. She held the charm for me and placed it on curbside pick up for the very next day. I was in and out in no time. It was such a wonderful experience from start to finish! I will definitely be back to her store for future purchases!
