The sales associate was very knowledgeable and help reorganize my charms to protect the life of my bracelet. The young lady cleaned my bracelet and charms to look as nice as the new charms I purchased.

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable my only disappointment was not being able to look around but that had nothing personal against the store or associate were in a pandemic and unfortunately it’s how things must be right now.
