The service was fast and super friendly I was offered a new pandora catalog and hand sanitizer

They took the pandemic seriously- they made customers & associates sanitize before entering, and before touching anything. They did a text waiting- so you could walk around the mall instead of just standing in line.

Associates were friendly. Store was clean. They took cleaning very seriously. They seem to be following the cdc guidlines.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because I was able to get everything done that I needed. The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in all the areas in which I needed her to be.

Customer service was excellent

First off t was glad to see that only a few people where allowed in the store at a time secondly when each customer left the associate sanitized a d wiped everything down lastly all the employees from yesterday at the cherry hill location at 430pm where amazing
