it was the first time i was ever in a pandora store and i was very impressed. they limited the number of customers in the store and the associates wiped everything down between customers. the sales associate listened to what i was looking for and showed me the different items that the store had.

Sales associate was very knowledgeable in regards to the merchandise. Some stores you enter and because of the volume of customers you feel they just want to get you out of the way. Felt very comfortable.

Customer service was excellent. Sales associate was kind, patient and professional. Store manager was helpful upon checking in.
