Because this Pandora store is not open to the public, I experienced curbside pick up. Melissa the sales associate did a great job helping me choose the perfect gift for my sister. I couldn’t see the store I couldn’t hear the music.

I was looking for a anniversary gift for my girlfriend and had a hard time picking out & was stressed out so to online shopping! But ANNA made things a lot easier! She was a fantastic help and I’ll always appreciate her! She need a promotion....

It was a rocky start with the curbside. However the employees at Pandora and mall security adjusted quick. With excellent service. Definitely will refer.

I had the best service at this location even in this pandemic and with Stephen B he is just wonderful, so sweet and very helpful and knowledgeable and the woman that was with his i dont know her name but she was so nice and they both honored the pickup and social distancing
