My husband and I went in for a safety chain and a charm. Our sales person,Michelle R, was great! She recommended what safety chain would go great with the bracelet along with what I had on it already. My husband then asked about a charm for our son so she asked us some questions so she could show us some charms based of what we told her. We asked about birthstone charms and went with one of those. She knows her stuff, she’s friendly and nice. Would do more sales with her
