Clara was so likeable from the very beginning. She knew exactly how to get us started on a beautiful bracelet for our mother. There were so many options of charms to choose from and the selection of bands and bracelets were all stunning. Our mom absolutely loved the gift and we will definitely be returning to add on more charms!

As soon as I walked through the door Mrs Sam was on point with excellent customer service. Her personality was amazing! She answered every question that I asked her with no hesitation! Great customer service like that makes customers day and also brings them back to purchase more merchandise!

Soon as I arrived at the store the sales associates were very helpful even though the mall was getting ready to close they actually took the time out to help me with my purchase I noticed great communication amongst the staff they even remembered me from a previous visit all in all I definitely will return

Pandora in my store, I love all the charms that you have to offer. Invest in more letters though, I always have to order them off line!

Excellent customer service

I have made purchases online , at the Toledo Ohio store and at the Ann Arbor MI store. Even though Toledo is far busier than Ann Arbor (and higher tax) I will continue to do my shopping in Toledo primarily due to Nick, the store manager!

Lina helped me out in the Toledo mall (Franklin Park) she was amazing. She was super bubbly and helpful. She helped me pick out 3 charms for my mother. I was very happy when I left the store.

The sale is good. The store was not busy. Employee was good.
