I came to the store to exchange an anniversary gift for its size. I had called the store in advance and Clara was able to put the bracelet in the correct size aside for me. Once I arrived at the store, she was very helpful in making the exchange. Since it was a gift, she handled the matter with the utmost care and concern!

During my visit to purchase a specific charm, the sales associate noticed the pandora bracelent and charms I was wearing and that it was USA/military themed and brought out 2 charms I had never seen before so that I could possible put it on a list to add to my themed charm bracelet....loved that extra attention.
