Highly satisfied with the experience, the associate Victoria was very nice and patience and I wish I had got the other young lady name I think she was a manger because everyone was coming to her for assistance and she was so awesome as well:-) all the other associate was nice as well with other customers. But the manger I think it was again she was AWESOME! I bought me the rose bracelet with the charms advertise in the show case ($1300) and got 10% off approve for the Pandora Card and it do not have to be paid for until after a year! Great customer service!

Nina my sales stylist was extremely patient. This was my daughter and I first experience and I wanted to purchase a bracelet and ring. She was knowledgeable. She let us try on things and she never made us feel rushed. She had a niche for excellent customer service. It wasn’t hard for me to mesh with her. She loves pandora and her job. I could tell.
