The sales associate Silvia was lovely and helpful. I went for two charms but she told me about the clips so I got two of those too. She cleaned my bracket and made it look shiny. I had stopped wearing it but I fell in love with it again. Very happy with my visit!

The associate that helped me, Gabriella, was friendly and helpful. She was also very patient and showed me all the charms I wanted to see, as well as giving me the details for an upcoming promotion. Lastly, she also helped me set up an appt for my next visit so that I wouldn’t have to wait in line, which I was not aware was an option. I will definitely take advantage of this going forward & I’m so glad she informed me about it.
