Dougleinys from the Pembroke Mall location gave me a great pandora experience! She was very patient in helping me choose just the right charms that I wanted to give as a gift to my friend. I work in customer service myself and was very impressed by her patience and attentiveness to my needs. I will be getting another bracelet and necklace but only at this location with Dougleinys help! :)
